Tom is a communications specialist with more than thirty years of experience as a consultant, coach, facilitator and business owner. He is currently a partner and Senior Vice President with Communico Ltd, as well as Director of Sales and Product Development for The MAGIC® System.

Books/Whitepapers/Articles:
Tom is the co-author of How to Talk to Customers: Create a Great Impression Every Time with MAGIC®. He has been the subject of several radio and television interviews, has been a keynote speaker at various symposiums, and has spoken at many professional conferences.
