John P. Keenan, Ph.D. is
Founder and President of the Institute for
Leadership and Global
Education (ILGE). He is also Professor
of Leadership Studies and has over 30 years
of experience in presenting workshops and
providing consulting services to organizations
throughout the world. He is internationally
recognized as an organizational psychologist
and as a leader in the design and development
of leadership and management educational
programs. He provides consulting services
to organizations such as SONY, Inc., Caterpillar,
Inc., Lucent Technologies (AT&T), Honeywell
Inc., American Airlines, Inc., Ersnt & Young,
Dubai Airport FreeZone Authority (DAFZA),
