Bio:
Harlan, like many top performing executives, holds two positions; he is both the National Director of Training for Business Architects, as well as President of his own coaching and training organization, H. Goerger & Associates.

Harlan has been an executive working with executives in the communications, sales, training, coaching business for over 28 years. He has worked with all types of clients to produce exponential personal and organizational growth, including executives, engineers, entrepreneurs, sales teams, and governmental agencies.

Harlan firmly believes that knowledge alone is not enough; it takes critical thinking skills as well as specific behaviors to truly create powerful change in people and organizations.
