Bio:
Frank is an active member of ASQ, author of over 20 books in the field of business management and quality, and was one of the original designers of Florida Power & Light's award-winning quality management program. He is currently Chancellor of The Harrington Institute, and is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategy Associates, Inc., a business management consulting firm that provides Six Sigma training in conjunction with The Harrington Institute.
