designing and implementing performance improvement
solutions for companies such as Citibank, American
Express, Bellsouth, Monster.com, American Cancer
Society, Silver Hill Financial and more.
Claudia was one of the original creators and
developers of our proprietary methodology to
analyze, map and then transfer internal best
practices across sales, service and support environments.
She leads a team of Certified Performance Specialists
working to document and leverage best practices
