Bio:
Bennett is Founder and Managing Director of Think
Track, Inc., a talent selection and development
company that helps organizations optimize people
performance, starting with selecting the right
people. Think Track assures a high degree of success
by applying a stragegic framework called the Think
Track Method™ to engage people and drive
results.
Bennett has headed his own consulting firms since
1978, focusing on talent optimization programs
and consulting services. He was appointed a Career
Management Fellow (CMF) in 1996 by the international
Board for Career Management Certification in recognition
of his professional achievement, commitment to
advancement of the profession and to its ethical
standards, and demonstration of competency and
leadership.
